Why a mobile app
Most good meetings don't happen at a desk. They happen in a taxi, a client's lobby, or a coffee shop before the real meeting starts. The phone is the one device you always have with you, so it should be the easiest way to capture what was said.
What you can do on mobile
- Record a conversation. Tap record, put your phone on the table, and focus on the person in front of you.
- Upload audio. Already have a recording from Zoom, Teams or Meet? Upload it and Jottoo does the rest.
- Type or paste notes. Jot down a quick thought and let Jottoo organise it.
- Get a clear summary. Jottoo transcribes the audio and produces a structured note: key points, decisions and open questions.
- Track the tasks. Action items are pulled out with owners and deadlines, and they land in your task list with reminders, so nothing slips.

Still no bot in your call
Jottoo doesn't join your meetings as a participant. There's no extra name in the participant list and no awkward "this call is being recorded by a bot" moment. You capture the meeting yourself, which keeps the conversation natural and keeps you in control of what's recorded.
