AI Meeting Notes, Summaries and Task Tracking
Record a meeting, upload audio or type your notes. Jottoo transcribes, summarizes and extracts the tasks and deadlines — with your data kept private.
Record a meeting, upload audio or type your notes. Jottoo transcribes, summarizes and extracts the tasks and deadlines — with your data kept private.
Three steps from a conversation to a plan: Capture, Understand, Act.
1Step 1
Record it, upload it, or just type it.
Record the meeting live, upload a pre-recorded audio file, or open a blank note and type as you go. Whatever you start with, Jottoo takes it from there.

2Step 2
Ask Jottoo to make sense of it.
Once your note or meeting is saved, ask Jottoo to understand it. A recording is transcribed and summarized with speakers extracted; a typed note is summarized into an overview, risks, actions and more — all saved as a smart note in your workspace. Add a #hashtag to route it to a smart folder automatically, or pick a folder from the dropdown.

Click Focus and prompt Jottoo with how the summary should look — short and punchy, tasks only, deadlines first. Your attachments are never sent to the AI.

The result is a structured note: overview, key points, risks and actions — organized and ready in your workspace seconds after the meeting ends.

For audio transcripts, Jottoo detects who was talking. Pick the speakers captured from the recording and the transcript is labelled for you.

3Step 3
Tasks and deadlines, pulled out for you.

Jottoo extracts the tasks from your notes and recordings into an action list — with deadlines attached when they were mentioned in the meeting.

Open any task to change its title, due date, repeat rule or colour, add notes, or jump back to the meeting it came from.
Visualize your tasks by date, and add or amend them right from the calendar view.

And finally
Turn the conversation into the next thing you need to send.
Ask Jottoo to write a follow-up based on the conversation, organize the meeting using the MEDDPICC framework, or draft an update email to your boss about the situation and risks. Any of these can be added as a section in your note to reference later.

Export the note as a PDF or Word document and keep it handy on your computer — a backup in case a note is deleted from the cloud by mistake.

Every section of the note can be moved up or down, so you can organize your thoughts the way you want.
