Jottoo Roadmap: What's Shipped and What's Next

Last updated:

Jottoo turns recorded, uploaded or typed meeting notes into clear summaries and tracked tasks with deadlines. No bot joins your call. This page shows where the product is today and where it's heading. Plans change as we learn from users, so items under "Next" and "Later" are intentions, not promises.

Shipped

  • Record a meeting, upload audio or type notes, with transcription and a structured summary
  • Action items extracted with owners and due dates, tracked in Tasks and the calendar view
  • Ask Jottoo, to ask questions about a meeting or note
  • No bot joining your call, so it works for in-person and client meetings
  • End-to-end encrypted notes
  • iOS app, live on the App Store

Now

  • Android app. In closed beta on Google Play. After the required testing period it goes through Google's review, then public release.
  • Reliability and polish. Faster loading and fewer visual glitches across web and mobile.
  • Deadline reminders. Reminders that fire wherever you set a due date, including action items inside a meeting note.

Next

  • Calendar sync. Send due dates to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
  • Ask Jottoo across all your notes, not just one meeting at a time.
  • Recurring tasks on every platform. Completing a recurring task rolls it to its next date on web, iOS and Android.
  • Export. One-click export of notes and tasks to Markdown and PDF.
  • Jottoo for Mac. We're exploring a native Mac app where recording and analysis can run on your Mac, with optional sync through your Jottoo account.

Later

  • Task integrations such as Linear, Asana and Slack
  • Shared notes and light team features
  • More transcription languages
  • Quick capture from the browser

Recent updates

  • October 2026: iOS app approved and live on the App Store. Android closed beta started on Google Play.
  • September 2026: Launched on Product Hunt. Published the first comparison guides and meeting-notes articles.
